Activity 2: On your blog list three pros (good things) and three cons (bad things) about working as a DOC ranger. At the bottom of your post, tell us whether you would like to be a DOC Ranger or not.
Work:
Pros -
- Learn about the animals
- Play with them
- Protect them
Cons -
- The animals your playing with might be at high risk
- They could be dangerous
- Might have to go through dangerous obstacles to try and find the animal you have to protect
Even though the cons are bad I would still want to be a doc ranger because I am an animal lover. I am willing to protect and love these animals. Also I'd guide them through their obstacles. To conclude my reasons I would want to help them from the bad to good.

These are some great pro's and con's to being a DOC worker, awesome thinking.
I like that even though there are con's to the job (as with every job) that you would still like to be a DOC worker! I think it is amazing you would like to dedicate you work to taking care of our native species - very cool!
Is there a particular animal you would like to work with?
