Digital Immersion

Today Room 10 had a session with Garry from the Digital Immersion. He taught us how to programme robots to move from one place to another by programming it. We used a special language called Binary to programme our robot and we used I pad to programme our bots in each group. My group had a lot of fun using the I pad and the bots.

                                                   

Glow in the dark with Mrs Tofa

Today room ten went to room seven for science Intensive. Our teacher was Mrs. Tofa. When we got there we sat down on the mat with our netbooks ready to learn! What we actually were learning about was how to make glow in the dark, we firstly got plastic cups to fill up water inside. Then  next, we got some different colour highlighters to put in the cup. After we dissolved the highlighter in the water, we went inside a dark room to see if it glowed. I was so surprised!! I liked the colours of the water. That was one of the best experience yet!!
